ZGS13-12 type substation (American-style) is suitable for 10 kV ring network power supply, dual-source power supply, or terminal power supply systems, serving as a substation, metering, compensation control, and protection device. This product complies with the following standards: GB 17467 “High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations” and DL/T 537 “Guidance Manual for the Selection of High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Box-Type Substations.”

Operating Environment Conditions
◎ Altitude: not exceeding 1000 m;
◎ Ambient temperature: -35°C to +40°C;
◎ Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%;
◎ Installation Location: A location free from fire and explosion hazards, chemical corrosive gases, and with good ventilation; the ground inclination shall not exceed 3°.

Product operating environment and special requirements:
1. Provide product order drawings, which shall include connection details and specify the number of tap changers, model and specifications of major components, as well as the distribution branch circuits and their capacities.
2. When electric energy metering and automatic reactive power compensation devices are required, the configuration requirements for energy meters and current/voltage transformers shall be provided, including nominal values and electrical quantities.
3. Specify the requirements for product surface treatment;
4. When placing an order for a packaged transformer, please specify whether it is a terminal-type or a ring-network-type unit.
