Overview
The 10 kV S11 oil-immersed transformer features a core constructed from laminated silicon steel sheets that have undergone annealing, restoring the core’s magnetic permeability to its pre-processing level. This product exhibits low no-load losses, small no-load current, and low noise, along with superior mechanical and electrical performance, ensuring stable and reliable operation. It represents an advanced replacement for conventional transformers.
The core employs a stepped, core-shaped joint design, which reduces no-load losses and no-load current. Both the high- and low-voltage windings utilize continuous axial oil ducts, with U-shaped spacers installed between winding discs to ensure axial balance and enhance the mechanical strength of the windings.

◎ Temperature: Maximum monthly average temperature +40°C, maximum annual average temperature +20°C;
◎ Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%;
◎Seismic resistance level: horizontal acceleration 0.4 m/s², vertical acceleration 0.15 m/s²;
◎ The installation location shall be free from severe shocks, serious pollution and chemical corrosion, conductive dust, and explosion hazards.
